Install Flash Plugin Manually in Firefox on Vista :: the How-To Geek
It’s a pity I had to do this. On my new 64-bit Vista machine I tried to install Flash the usual way, several times, to no avail. This method worked, well, in a flash. I have no idea what caused the failure but I know it wasn’t UAC issues.
