to blog or not to blog
I’m having an interesting crisis as it relates to my blog and OA and video feeds and all that nonsense. I think the main issue stems from the fact that I am tired of wordpress/k2 and haven’t found anything worth switching to. OA needs a theme that’s far less a pain in the ass to update and tweak and I’ve found a few that I’m even willing to pay for.
I’ve seen some brilliant layouts that people have come up with on tumblr and it’s all idiot-proof to boot. However, it’s also all on their servers and there’s no import or export. This is less-than-great. I’m weird that way. Change for the sake of change is interesting but often counter-productive. Yes, I did just redo my room but the purpose was to get rid of a fugly carpet and make some more floor and wall space available. Mission accomplished! Not sure what I will have to do to fix this blogging malaise.
addendum: I did find Cutline and tweaked it to my liking. I am content. FOR NOW :)
